What To Expect In V Rising Update 1.1?
V Rising Invaders of Oakveil is described as the “game’s biggest combat update yet.” Here are some of the upcoming content and features shipping with the 1.1 update.
New Region
Like the Secrets of Gloomrot update, V Rising update 1.1 will add another region: the Oakveil Woodlands, an uncharted territory north of Silverlight. That means new enemies, combat mechanics, V bloods, technologies, and item recipes. This region will also be home to a new Shardbearer boss battle.

Overhauled Combat
The developers have also overhauled combat, reworked stats, rebalanced gear, and brought new customization tools. For example, Blood types will see huge changes (e.g., Worker Blood boosting resource yields), while new weapons and spells (including alchemical techniques) will give you more control over your playstyle.
PvP Modes
Beyond that, V Rising update 1.1 will feature two new PvP features:
- Dueling: You’ll be able to challenge players to 1v1 fights, so long as they’re outside points of interest. Oh—and don’t worry, your gear won’t lose durability, and health points will reset once the fight is over.
- Arenas: You can build dedicated PvP stations in your castle for team-based battles with customizable rule sets that are (you guessed it) also consequence-free.

Fusion Forge
V Rising update 1.1.1 will also introduce a new crafting station called the “Fusion Forge,” which lets you combine weapons and jewels to cherry-pick desired stats and modifiers. This will reduce reliance on random loot drops, allowing for personalized, high-end gear tailored to your build.
And we’re really just scratching the surface. Stunlock Studios has hinted at more surprises, with some features still held tightly under wraps. That means you can expect further refinements and additions as development progresses, all aimed at deepening the vampire power fantasy while keeping the core gameplay intact.
