Capcom isn’t pulling any punches with the minimum and recommended PC specs for their latest and possibly greatest ARPG. If you want to visit the Forbidden Lands on PC starting on 28 February 2025, you might want to test your gaming rig with the Monster Hunter Wilds benchmark tool.
I’m not going to beat around the bush here: You can download and install the Monster Hunter Wilds benchmark tool straight from the game’s Steam page right now.
This is a free tool for prospective players, so you don’t have to open your wallet at all. It features a viewable experience from Monster Hunter Wilds and measures your PC’s performance with a score.
The download weighs in at 29 GB, so clear some space if you are running low. In the Monster Hunter Wilds benchmarking tool, you can set preferred graphics and audio options. There’s also a loop option to enable, which causes the benchmark to automatically rerun after one (1) minute has passed on the results screen.
