To unlock Electric Claw in Blox Fruits, you need to go to the Previous Hero NPC at Floating Turtle Island in the Third Sea. You’ll find him near the Longma Boss; turn left after you see the cave. Talk to him and he’ll task you to reach the Mansion in under 30 seconds.
The easiest way to pull this off is to teleport using Portal Fruit or by setting your Home Point at the Mansion. Once you beat the challenge, go back to the Previous Hero NPC and pay 3,000,000 Beli and 5,000 Fragments to unlock Electric Claw in Blox Fruits.
