Want to know more about Blue Moons in Fisch? I’m not surprised! This is undoubtedly one of the rarest (and most rewarding) events in the game. Triggering them will give you access to rare fishing pools with exclusive species, including Secrets like the Moon Idol and the Mythical Tarnished Moongill!
This guide will help get you started by explaining everything about the Blue Moon event in Fisch. That includes how to spawn one and the locations of the exclusive fishing pools.
How To Spawn A Blue Moon Event In Fisch
Blue Moons occur naturally in Fisch—but only on Clear Nights during Winter. Even then, the spawn rate is quite low. When it appears, a server-wide message will trigger, reading: “There is a Blue Moon in the sky!”. That should be your signal to go because it only lasts for the duration of the night.
If you’re willing to shill out 500,000 E$, you can also force an event using the Blue Moon Totem. You can buy them at Lushgrove in the Second Sea (the exact coordinates are X: 1410, Y: 155, Z: -580). The only catch is that you can only activate it during a Clear Night in Winter.

Where Are The Blue Moon Pool Locations In Fisch?
Once a Blue Moon Event is active (either naturally or by using a totem), you’ll be able to access two otherwise-sealed areas called “Blue Moon Pools.” These hidden zones contain some pretty unique fish that you cannot find anywhere else in the game:
- Snowcap Island (First Sea) at X: 2710, Y: 190, Z: 2560
- Lushgrove (Second Sea) at X: 1410, Y: 155, Z: -580
There are 15 limited fish species that you can catch at both locations To learn more about the preferred bait and weather conditions, please refer to my Blue Moon bestiary guide. It includes detailed information on what you’ll need for both the First and Second Sea pools.
