This creature is part of a limited-time Octophant bestiary and will initially be unfishable. That’s because it will have a 25 HP health bar protecting it. To catch it, you’ll need to remove the protective barrier by catching 25x fish in the area. After that, you’ll you’ll have a small chance to reel it in (it’s got a -90% progress debuff).
