Hit “Travel” when prompted, and you’ll be taken to Whale Interior. After about 90 seconds, you’ll be auto-teleported to Treasure Island in Fisch (at GPS X: -1787, Y: 134, Z: -11973). That’s where you’ll be able to catch and appraise exclusive fish species and score the shiny Treasure Rod.
