Controller Buttons Layout In GHOUL://RE (Xbox & PS)
On 18 March 2025, the developers shared the GHOUL://RE Controller Button Layout for both Xbox and PlayStation controller types.
While the Controller Buttons Layout for GHOUL://RE already look solid, it is important to note that the developers consider this “partial support” so there’s more improvements coming our way in the future.
With that in mind, you can check out the button layout for GHOUL://RE below.
- ButtonX / Square = Light Attack
- ButtonX / Square + R2 = Heavy attack
- ButtonX / Square + L2 = Uppercut
- ButtonB / Circle = Dash
- ButtonB / Circle + R2 = Feint / dash cancel
- ButtonY / Triangle = Parry
- DPadLeft + R2 = First Skill
- DPadUp + R2 = Second Skill
- DPadRight + R2 = Third Skill
- DPadDown = Turn on / off combat mode
- DPadDown + L2 = Equip Weapon
- DPadUp + L2 = Mode Activation
- DPadRight + L2 = Devour
- R1 = Scroll inventory slot to right
- L1 = Scroll inventory slot to left
- R2 = use equipped item
- L1 + R1 = Unselect items

In the latest GHOUL://RE update, which was pushed out on the server side by the developers on 18 March, a fix for console players crashing on join was also released. The developers further employed a hotfix so console players have the ability to shift lock onto targets.
