Need help to unlock the Ancient Archives in Fisch? I’m not surprised! This secret area is home to a special Crafting Station that lets you craft specialized rods to supercharge your fishing adventures. The catch? You’ll need to solve the Fragment Puzzle to access it.
This step-by-step guide will explain how to find and solve the Ancient Archives Puzzle in Fisch on Roblox. I’ll even share all the Fragment locations so you don’t get lost along the way!
Where Is The Ancient Archives Location In Fisch?
The Ancient Archives is located underneath the Ancient Isle in Fisch (XYZ: 5870, 160, 415). To access it, go to the western side of the island and look for a large waterfall. You’ll find the entrance inside a cave hidden behind this waterfall, roughly halfway up its height.
I suggest using a Glider (purchasable for 1,000C$ from the Merchant on Ancient Isle) to reach the cave entrance. Start by climbing to the highest point near the waterfall using a zipline and then glide down onto the ledge of the waterfall.
Once you’re by the cave, interact with the ropes to drop into the underground chamber. You’ll eventually stumble upon the Ancient Archives vault, which you can unlock by solving the Fragment Puzzle in Fisch (more on that in the next section).

All Ancient Archives Fragment Locations In Fisch
To unlock the Ancient Archives in Fisch, you must solve the Fragment Puzzle. This involves locating four Fragments scattered across the Ancient Isle: Deep Sea (Blue), Solar (Orange), Earth (Turquoise), and Ancient (Purple) Fragments. I’ve indicated their locations below:
Deep Sea Fragment Location
The Blue Fragment is located underwater at the base of the waterfall. You’ll need to dive into the water—preferably with Advanced or Basic Diving Gear—and collect it from the ocean floor (XYZ: 5841, 81, 388).

Solar Fragment Location
The Orange Fragment is at the top of the mountain in the middle of the Ancient Isle (XYZ: 6073, 443, 684). You can use ziplines to reach the peak quickly. However, it’s only possible to pick up this Fragment during an Eclipse (a rare weather event that occurs as daytime begins).

Tip: If no Eclipse is active, use an Eclipse Totem (purchasable for 250,000C$ at the Earth Fragment cave) to forcibly trigger one. You can also use Sundial Totems to spawn an Eclipse but there’s no guarantee it will work.
Earth Fragment Location
The Turquoise Fragment is inside a small cave near the Solar Fragment spot (XYZ: 5972, 274, 845). From the mountaintop, head down the left side toward a ledge with a wooden fence. Turn back and you’ll find a hidden cave behind the plants. Drop down to collect the Earth Fragment—you can also buy the Phoenix Rod and Eclipse Totem here.

Ancient Fragment Location
You can find the Purple Fragment by fishing in the ocean around the Ancient Isle. For the best chances, use Weird Algae bait and fish at the waterfall pond or the Shipwright’s small island (preferably at Night or during an Aurora Borealis event). This one relies on luck, so persistence is key.

How To Open Ancient Archives Vault In Fisch
After finding all four Fragments, you’ll need to gather three players to help you unlock the Ancient Archives door in Fisch. First, place each Fragment on its corresponding pillar and have each player stand on a pressure plate at the same time to activate them.
Now, rotate the pillars to face the front (this can only be done during an Eclipse). After doing this, the door to the Ancient Archives will be unlocked for everybody who helped you complete the Fragment Puzzle in Fisch.

Once inside, you’ll want to progress across the Ancient Archives bridge—mind the gaps so you don’t accidentally fall to your doom. You will find a Crafting Station at the end of the bridge through which you can craft rods in Fisch, but only if you meet certain level requirements and have the right materials.
That concludes my guide on how to find all Fragment locations and unlock the Ancient Archives. But why stop here? Expand your toolkit with my detailed guide on how to unlock every rod in Fisch—from starter rods like Flimsy Rod to endgame rods like the Seraphic Rod!
