You can find Clover McRich in Moosewood (at coordinates X: 243, Y: 130, Z: 230). To start the St. Patrick’s Day quest, you simply need to speak to him. Afterward, he will ask you to catch 5x Limited Fish (his “brothers”) that appear only during random Lucky Events.
Once you’ve caught a Limited Fish in Fisch, place it immediately into the Cauldron. All the Lucky Event fish prefer Lucky Bait and have a higher chance of being caught during Rainy weather in the Spring. These are the rewards you’ll earn after each catch:

How To Find Lucky Events In Fisch
Now you might be wondering, “Where do Lucky Events spawn in Fisch?” Well, the answer is anywhere in The Ocean. Similar to Golden Tide and FischFright events, the locations are not fixed to one particular spot—so you’ll need to hop on your boat to find them.
Importantly, you cannot use Sundial Totems to increase the odds of Lucky Event pools spawning. Instead, you’ll just need to look out for the server-wide message: “A Lucky Event Has Just Begun“! You’ll also be able to spot them as the Lucky Event locations are marked by a rainbow.
Note: Lucky Events will spawn every 10 minutes and last for 30 minutes before disappearing.
