Before you can evolve your Kagune to V2 in GHOUL://RE, you’ll need to unlock it first. To do that, you must gather 5000 RC (stands for “Red Child Cells”). This can be obtained by eating either Humans or Ghouls by pressing and holding Ctrl+B.
