Finding Treasure Island in Fisch isn’t something you can brute-force. You’ll need to camp for the right weather, board a glowing orange whale, and trust the ramblings of a crazy old man. No joke, this is one of the weirdest (and best) side quests in the entire game.
And the best part is, you can score exclusive bait and fishing rods at the same time! Here’s how to reach Treasure Island in Fisch.
How To Start The Treasure Island Quest In Fisch
To begin, go to the Isle of New Beginnings in the Second Sea. Now wait for Tornado weather to roll in. When that happens, a Treasure Whale will spawn near the southern tip of the island (GPS: X: -357, Y: 96, Z: -277) and stick around for about 1 minute. But don’t go there just yet.
Talk to the Crazy Man (GPS: X: -470, Y: 83, Z: 378). He’ll go off about an island that “only appears to those with the eyes of courage! And… a whale.” Agree to help him and hit the “Travel” prompt when it appears. This will send you to Whale Interior (literally the inside of the whale).
This sublocation is essentially a short waiting zone. You’ve got 90 seconds to check things out, like paying a visit to the Whale Merchant to grab the Merchant Rod, Golden Shrimp Bait, or Whale Bait before getting auto-teleported to Treasure Island in Fisch.

Where Is The Treasure Island Location In Fisch?
Treasure Island is located in the Second Sea at the GPS coordinates X: -1787, Y: 134, Z: -11973. However, it can only be found after riding the Treasure Whale. It features a highly elevated desert surrounded by water, with a Tornado weather event happening.
When you arrive, you’ll find two NPCs: Event Appraiser (he offers appraisal services) and Crazy Man (after completing his quest, he will offer the Treasure Rod for 30,000 E$). You can also find a bunch of unique fish species to catch as part of the Treasure Island Bestiary!
